Bandag SA has confirmed a price increase on its pre-cured products.
The price increase effective 01 December 2025 will be as follows:

• All Bandag, Pro-tread and Stock retreads will increase by 3.5%.

We would like to inform you of a price realignment on all BKT Tyres and Tubes, effective 1 August 2025.

To help you plan accordingly, all orders placed and dispatched before 1 August 2025 will be honoured at current pricing.

RE: GOODYEAR TBR PRODUCT PRICE INCREASE NOTIFIATION EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2025

We have been notified of an upcoming price adjustment on all Goodyear, Sava and Kelly Truck Bus Tyres, effective June 1st 2025.

This decision comes after careful consideration of various market-related cost pressures, impacting both raw material and operational costs.

Effective June 1st ,2025, you can expect an estimated weighted increase on all Truck tyres.

Price Increase - Effective 01 May 2025

Due to significant increases in raw materials and operational costs we are implementing a price adjustment on our consumer tyre products.

Effective May 1, 2025, a weighted average price increase of 6% will be applied. Please note that individual product adjustments may vary beyond this average.

RE: PRICE INCREASE EFFECTIVE 01 APRIL 2024
Bridgestone South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Bridgestone”)

Bridgestone has made the decision to implement a price increase across all Consumer and Truck tyres.
This adjustment will be effective from April 1st, 2024.

Note added by Cockpit Tyres: Although no mention is made of Firestone directly, please note that this increase may affect Firestone pricing as Firestone is a brand of Bridgestone (since 1988).

The revised price lists will apply to all undelivered orders as of March 30th, 2024, regardless of the original order date.

Price Increase - Effective 01 April 2024

Goodyear will have pricing adjustment on consumer tyres, effective April 1, 2024.

Effective April 1, 2024, you can expect an estimated weighted increase of 5% on all consumer tyre products.

Please note that certain items may require additional adjustments to ensure their long-term availability. We will be advising these specific changes shortly.

New prices on Consumer tyres will apply to all orders delivered from 01 April 2024.
All open orders and backorders not delivered by 31 March 2024 will be cancelled and reordered at new prices.

Goodyear has also announced a price realignment for OTR Bias, Small Radial & Large Haulage tyres effective 1 April 2024.

All undelivered orders and backorders from the 31st of March will be cancelled and reordered at the new prices.
