RE: LEADER RUBBER COMPANY PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION – 1 JULY 2026

Please be advised that LEADER RUBBER COMPANY will be implementing a 4.5% price increase across their product range, effective 1 July 2026.

The increase is attributed to continued pressure on global oil prices, rising production input costs, and ongoing logistics and supply chain expenses.

Please note that all orders invoiced from 1 July 2026 onwards will be subject to the adjusted pricing.

A price realignment across our product range will take effect on 1 July 2026.

All orders placed and dispatched before 1 July will be honoured at current pricing.
We've ensured that this adjustment remains competitive while maintaining the product quality and dependable service you have become accustomed to.

Please note that, effective 1 June 2026, a price increase will apply to all Continental tyres.

Dunlop will be implementing an average product price adjustment of 2.65% - 3.7% effective
from 1 June 2026. This price increase reflects adjustments for raw material, freight, and fuel cost
impacts. Some product pricing may fall outside of these percentage ranges.

We have managed to limit the increase through efficiency gains and cost management. Part of the
efficiency gain will come from addressing the disproportionate distribution costs associated with
smaller order quantity. As such, from 1 June 2026, we will implement a handling and delivery charge
on small deliveries of between two (2) and four (4) tyres. Further details (including the applicable
charge and process) will be communicated separately.

ADDITIONAL PRICE INCREASES INCOMING!

Effective 1 June 2026, prices will be adjusted on the entire range by 1.5 – 2% on average specifically to cover these increased distribution costs.
Brands include: Hankook, Giti, GT Radial, JK Tyre, Laufenn, MRF, Rovelo and Yokohama.

Please note that, effective 1 April 2026, a price increase will apply to all Continental Passenger, 4x4 and Light Truck tyres.

Any open orders delivered after 31 March 2026 will be invoiced at the revised pricing, unless the order is cancelled before delivery.

We value your continued support and remain available to assist with any orders or queries.

Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Price Increase Notification - Effective 1 April 2025

We would like to inform you that, effective 1 April 2025, there will be a price adjustment across all categories. This change is necessary to mitigate ongoing economic challenges and market conditions that have significantly impacted our costs.

Despite our efforts to manage these challenges by streamlining operations, including reducing the number of branches, optimising headcount where possible, and reducing internal expenses, we have been unable to fully offset rising costs. As a result, this adjustment is essential to ensure the continued quality and sustainability of our products and services.
